Scientific Visit to Baghdad International Airport by Aircraft Engineering Students

Second-year students from the Aircraft Engineering Department at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa visited Baghdad International Airport to bridge practical knowledge with their studies.

The visit focused on Iraqi Airways facilities, including non-destructive testing (NDT) for aircraft parts, engine and wheel maintenance, and overall aircraft upkeep. Students received detailed explanations from expert engineers about civil aircraft systems, featuring models like the Boeing 737, Airbus A320, and Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

This activity is part of the department’s efforts to provide hands-on experience and prepare students for careers in aviation engineering.
