The University guarantees equal opportunity across all employment, admissions, and academic decisions, and provides a confidential and accessible reporting mechanism for any member of the community who experiences or witnesses discrimination. Complaints may be submitted to the EDI Committee Chairperson, the Office of Academic Affairs, or the Human Resources Department. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality, and investigations are completed within 30 working days. The University guarantees full protection from retaliation for all good-faith reports. This policy is owned by the EDI Committee and reviewed every two years.
