Anti-Discrimination Policy

The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa is firmly committed to providing an academic and working environment in which every individual is treated with dignity and respect. The Anti-Discrimination Policy (Version 1.0, 2025) sets out the University's binding standards of conduct for all members of the university community, including academic and administrative staff, students, contractors, and visitors. The policy prohibits all forms of discrimination, direct, indirect, associative, and perceived, on the basis of any protected characteristic, including:

  •  Sex and age
  •  Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  •  Religion or belief
  •  Disability or chronic health condition
  •  Marital or family status
  •  Socio-economic background
  • Political opinion
  • Place of birth or regional origin 

The University guarantees equal opportunity across all employment, admissions, and academic decisions, and provides a confidential and accessible reporting mechanism for any member of the community who experiences or witnesses discrimination. Complaints may be submitted to the EDI Committee Chairperson, the Office of Academic Affairs, or the Human Resources Department. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality, and investigations are completed within 30 working days. The University guarantees full protection from retaliation for all good-faith reports. This policy is owned by the EDI Committee and reviewed every two years.
