Sustainability-2024
In 2024, Warth al-Anbiya University took a big step towards embedding sustainability in its operations, infrastructure and community life. The main achievements include the following: More than 55 reduction in water consumption through conservation, recycling and efficient appliances. Waste management programs that divert large volumes of organic and inorganic waste from landfills. Upgrades in energy efficiency: LED lighting, HVAC efficiency, IT upgrades , renewable energy Transportation initiatives, including electric vehicles,shared mobility, and ICT-based road planning, have kept the use of private vehicles very low relative to population size. Strengthening institutional governance frameworks (policies and committees). This report shows the progress made in the field of water, energy, waste, transport, ICT integration, infrastructure, alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and the identification of future goals.
