Building Stronger Bridges in Iraqi Higher Education The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa was honored to welcome Prof. Nashat Salyo, President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, to renew and strengthen the existing academic cooperation agreement between the two institutions. The meeting, attended by Prof. Waqed Al-Moussawi, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Prof. Nofal Al-Araji, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, focused on expanding the scope of collaboration in key academic and research areas. The renewed agreement emphasizes: Faculty exchange and the sharing of academic expertise. Joint research projects and opportunities for innovation. Training and professional development programs for students and staff. This partnership contributes to advancing several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 4 – Quality Education, by enhancing teaching quality and learning outcomes. SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, through collaborative research and innovation initiatives. SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering stronger academic networks and cooperation within Iraq. Through this renewed collaboration, the University reaffirms its commitment to promoting academic excellence, innovation, and sustainable development across the higher education landscape.
