Advancing Digital Empowerment through Arab Collaboration

The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa has signed a landmark cooperation agreement with the Arab Union for Digital Empowerment in Libya, represented by Prof. Abbas Al-Jubouri. The agreement was formalized by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, in the presence of the University’s Vice Presidents.

This partnership establishes a framework for advancing digital transformation across Arab higher education and includes:

  • Joint initiatives in digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data security.

  • Specialized workshops and training programs aimed at enhancing the digital competencies of students and staff.

  • Academic and scientific exchange across the fields of health, science, and technology.

By equipping future generations with advanced digital skills, this collaboration strengthens the University’s contribution to building resilient academic communities and supports the achievement of key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • SDG 4: Quality Education – by expanding access to advanced digital knowledge.

  • SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – by fostering innovation and promoting digital infrastructure.

  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – by reinforcing academic collaboration across the Arab world.

Through this agreement, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa reaffirms its dedication to innovation, partnership, and the pursuit of a sustainable digital future for the region.
