University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa Hosts the Arab Board Examination in General Surgery for the First Time in Karbala

As part of its commitment to advancing sustainable development in higher education and healthcare, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa proudly hosted the Arab Board Examination in General Surgery in the Holy City of Karbala for the first time.

The examination brought together 50 resident doctors and 14 senior examiners and consultants from several Arab countries, reflecting the University’s growing role as a regional hub for medical education and professional training.

Hosting this prestigious examination demonstrates the University’s dedication to promoting excellence in medical education, strengthening regional academic collaboration, and supporting the development of highly qualified healthcare professionals.

This initiative contributes directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by enhancing the quality of specialist medical training, and SDG 4 (Quality Education) by providing an internationally recognized academic and professional assessment environment.
